Advocacy Alert: OEC Budget Goes to Appropriations Committee
The Office of Early Childhood will be presenting their proposed budget to the Appropriations Committee on Thursday, February 20th at 10:30 am. There will be a Public Hearing on the proposed OEC budget later that day, at 3 pm.
Early Childhood advocates should be prepared to submit written or spoken testimony on the budget. To aid in your planning, please make note of the following dates and times:
Wednesday, February 19th, 2025 at 12:00 pm
Deadline to sign up to give spoken testimony (in-person at the Capitol, or via Zoom) on the OEC budget.
Thursday, February 20th, 2025 from 10:30-11:00 am
